[問題] 時間不夠的練法
請問一下板上的高手跟前輩們:
小弟還是在學生因為課業非常重,能練的時間只有一到五其中三天的中午時段
每次中午大概只能練三十分鐘左右
有什麼練法可以在短時間做到最大的效果嗎?
有看過大麥克教練的九分鐘訓練系列

不知道這樣是不是最省時間的?
如果真的沒辦法,可能只能把六日的清晨排出來去重訓
可是不知道怎麼樣排課表最好?
請各位前輩指點

168/59 體脂大概13%
smith握推可以推到100公斤,smith深蹲可以蹲到110公斤
暑假時間多的時候會分成四天練:胸、背、手、腿
