[問題] 如何檢測蛋白質是否過量?
目前只知看早上的尿
但有時有泡,有時無泡
爬了一下沒看到相關的檢測法
四天重訓+有氧、一天強度有氧、
二天打籃球
171/65,體脂16
早餐200ml牛奶+正常碗2碗燕麥
午餐2碗正常碗的三菜一湯
晚餐水主成人手掌大雞胸+2個蛋
很餓才會吃蛋黃
重訓會盡量操到爆
重訓時喝2份乳清、其它喝1份
是否有過量之虞?
