[問題] 要練重?

想練重!
那是不是要先吃胖?
但我同學說吃胖是多脂肪
我應該要練肌肉
但小弟之前高中 吃一大堆
天天打球4小時
反而跟現在差不多 外觀沒啥改變 就體力變差而已
請問 我應該先從體重下手 還是直接開始重訓?
PS:運動完幾分鐘內要吃東西比較好? 想變重的話
