[問題] Leg press和蹲舉
昨天去健身房重訓,Leg press已經可以五百磅了(最高就五百磅)
覺得在兩週就可以做些別的,有聽說leg press換成蹲舉重量會下降,
不知道如果做蹲舉要幾磅開始比較好,
本身自學的,沒人教,請問有好的建議嗎?
