[問題] 早上空腹跳insanity
這個問題在Fitness也問過了
想說看看這邊會不會有不一樣的建議可以參考
因為本身是研究生要做實驗的關係,所以現在都是早上跳insanity
照著日程表在跑進度,然後配合上晚上做電腦人胸肌腹肌
目前的狀況看來是不會有頭暈血糖過低的問題
然後做完喝豆漿(是否該改成牛奶?)
所以想請問是早上起床直接跳還是吃完早餐休息完以後再跳是比較有利減脂@@?
