[問題] 沒練腿 與 體重 增重關聯性??
小弟 去健身房 大約也有半年的時間了
原本180/61
只有練胸 肩膀 二頭 三頭 腹部 背部 沒有練腿
目前體重來到66~67(本人是易瘦體質)
健身前25年從來沒超過60
可是目前體重卡在66有兩三個月了
想詢問 把腿加進來 是否增重效益會比較大
看蠻多人都說腿部很重要 可是要久站一直有點懶得練腿
請知曉的版友們幫門解答囉 謝謝
