[問題] 滾輪可以天天做嗎?
恩...新手,版上搜尋後發現肌肉需要休息的時間
但隱約記得有看過一篇版上的文章說腹肌可以天天練(找不到哪篇= =")
目前是如果當天有有氧,滾輪就跪姿25x2
沒有有氧,就跪姿25x2+站姿6x3..
想請問這樣觀念正確嗎?
另外想請問有氧(跑步)的速度
之前是跑三千而已,大概一個禮拜4~5天
上禮拜增加到五千,跑完隔天累到睡過頭
想說如果距離一樣,放慢速度的話會不會影響到效果?
跑三千的速度大約是15分鐘~16分鐘,看狀態而定,大多在15分10秒完成
跑五千的話,前面三千一樣,但後面兩千速度會慢很多...很多
跑完大約是30分鐘左右
如果一樣跑五千~速度放慢到40分鐘跑完,這樣有氧的效果會差很多嗎?
PS:現階段體脂感覺很高,身高174,體重68....肥油很多的感覺,目標瘦到65左右
