[心得] 簡易食譜分享-巧克力酪梨奶昔
食材:
熟成的酪梨3分之2顆
無糖黑豆漿300CC
巧克力口味乳清1匙
把以上三個食材丟進果汁機打均勻即可飲用
話說酪梨非常的健康營養又有蛋白質以及豐富的維他命B
所以拿來當POST WORKOUT的補充飲品應該非常的適合
牛奶有些人可能不適合以及脂肪的問題所以建議用無糖豆漿來打
