[問題] 打籃球的人如何兼顧協調性?
如題
我本身主要的興趣是在打籃球
為了提升運動表現(爆發力 對抗性...etc),每個禮拜會去重訓三次
就是分胸 背 腿 這樣練,然後每次都會額外再操腹肌
所以應該是沒有偏廢任何一個部位才對
可是最近邊跟我一起打球的人都覺得我的協調性變差了
他們都說我重訓做太多了,導致動作變得很僵硬
可是我每次重訓前後都會花5~10分鐘來伸展,伸展前的熱身也沒有偷懶
竟然弄到自己協調性變差,實在出乎我的意料
有沒有人跟我一樣是籃球為主 重訓為輔的可以出來分享一下心得呢?
ex:如何保持柔軟度&協調性
p.s:我深蹲重量隨著我的肌力提升可以越蹲越重了,可是我的神經徵召
肌肉收縮的速度好像沒有提升起來,所以跳躍力也沒有顯著的提升
有人有從事過任何訓練可以大幅度提升跳躍力的可以來分享一下嗎?
