[問題] 想請問關於重訓與有氧的安排!
運動時間為禮拜一到五連續五天,假日休息!
計畫是一天重訓一天有氧,一次運動時間大概1-2小時!
想請問板上的各位大大!
以"塑身"為目標的話,我應該要安排
一 二 三 四 五 一 二 三 四 五
重 氧 重 氧 重 or 氧 重 氧 重 氧
哪一種組合會效果比較好呢?
對了!現在的體型是屬於過重狀態!
