[問題] 這樣身體不就每天痛不同的地方?
爬文後,重訓是訓練、休息、營養
每天訓練不同的肌群,(達到破壞肌肉的程度?)
然後適當的休息24~48小時,並攝取適當的乳清蛋白
問題是當肌肉被破壞時會有種腫脹、酸、痛不欲生的感覺
這樣重訓=>疼痛=>休息的循環
不就是每天每個部位的肌群都在疼痛?
