[問題] 男生35歲才開始練健身會不會太晚??
我是個不太喜歡運動的男生...
自從三十歲起 因為沒有運動的習慣 所以身體開始累積脂肪 體重更是逐年往上攀升...
目前35歲 身高167公分 體重78公斤...
雖然外表看不出我有78公斤 但是我也不知道自己為什麼就是那麼重....
脂肪主要堆積在 鬆垮的肚子 大大的屁股 粗粗的大腿...
手臂太細 胸肌不發達...
我有請教過體育老師...
體育老師告訴我 練健身重點就是要克服運動之後的酸痛感...
要持續重訓 不要因為痠痛感而停頓下來 不然這樣重訓會沒有效果...
可是偏偏我又是一個只要有酸痛感就不想動的人...
想請問各位板友 如何克服重訓過後的酸痛感??
