[問題] 跪姿滾輪訓練
小弟想要訓練一下因上班而有點大的肚子
所以去買了滾輪
想要來六塊肌一下
但是做完腹部感覺卻還好
反而是下背部酸痛
我是照這下面這個影片做的

是因為這個關係嗎?
本人176CM 59KG BMI大概18.1左右
應該要幾下強度比較適合呢?
