[問題] 只練特定部位
當兵前三個多月才剛始認真健身
重點只放在胸和背
平常在軍中只能做伏地挺身和拉單槓
有休假就會往健身房跑
但還是只有胸跟背
想請問 如果依直都是練胸和背
身材比例會變得奇怪嗎
還是這樣會產生其他的問題?!
