[心得] 剛做完跪姿滾輪
我最近對於腹部的訓練加強許多,在我重訓裡加量許多仰臥起坐
剛剛趁著看電視閒暇之際做做看,發覺其實沒有很難
而我做滾輪是想持續加強「腹部肌力」,結果我連續作了50下
我感覺用到最多力的部位應該是上臂,
所以,我想請問滾輪對於腹部之訓練有幫助嗎,感覺做完50下腹部感覺不大。
