[問題] 練大腿累得要死第2天沒有酸痛
如題 我練的機器是斜躺然後雙腳往上推鐵版那種
昨天大腿前後都練4組 各10下 重量170KG
每次都喘到不行 最後一組時 腳都在抖 還要靠手撐膝蓋幫忙推
但是第2天大腿沒甚麼感覺痛(是因為漢堡王加乳清太補的關西嗎XDD)
我想知道如何能增加練習量
來增長肌肉
