[問題] 如果藉由伏地挺身能練出胸肌嗎

因為我其實時間有限,一個禮拜也不可能耗這麼多時間在外面在健身房
以我來說,我相當重視胸肌的訓練
如果能靠著伏地挺身能練出胸肌,也是一件好事
讀書或做作業累了,就來個100下伏地挺身
所以想請問伏地挺身的成效,大概是在哪呢,謝謝
