雙槓主要是練三頭 下胸肌

1. 最常看到的動作有 i\_ (身體前頃腳後勾)
o
2. !_ (身體直的腳微勾,直上直下)
o
3. (身體往前頃腳往前升直) _!
O
3. 大臂開手做( I )
o
4. 夾手作 !I!
請問 雙槓不同的姿勢 分別是練哪兒的主要肌肉呢?
還有~動作放慢~到做到力竭與衝刺~做到次數多 效益分別為何呢?
請問大家雙槓的菜單都怎麼安排呢?
