昨天早上10點早餐後
因為打牌
下一餐就是19點的烤肉吃到飽了
中間只喝過一杯50嵐奶茶
雖然說距離上次重量訓練是5天前
但我還是想問 這樣會降低我訓練的成果嗎?
今天左拉拉又拉拉 都覺得重要的地方少一塊耶
