[問題] 仰臥起坐手應不應該放頭後面
爬過文沒有講到這一塊
之前好像有看過正確姿勢是手輕放在耳朵兩旁 屈膝
可是我起來的時候都感覺到脖子會出力撐
做完以後覺得脖子很緊繃不舒服
手放頭後面就不會這樣 感覺純粹就是用腹部的力量起來
到底哪樣才是對的呢?
還是在床上做是不是不太好呢 可是地板又太硬了...
