[問題] 體指到底要降到多少才看到的腹肌
小弟我之前胖到一種無與倫比的境界
174/82.6kg 肌肉重56.6kg 除脂體重60.1kg 總體重82.6 體脂肪22.5kg
BMI 27.2 體脂肪率27.2%
然後心想這樣不行 就開始去健身
健身+有氧了大約3個月
現在是75.8kg 肌肉重60kg 除脂體重62.5 總體重75.8kg 體脂肪13.3kg
BMI 25 體脂肪率 17%
還是看不到腹肌 我看板上很多很體脂17~18 的照片就有明顯的腹肌了
想請教各位先進 體脂大概降到多少%腹肌才會比較明顯?
