[問題] 側腹部&後背部?
想問一下..
之前很勤勞的做著有氧+重訓
再加上飲食控制
目前腹部剩下下腹部還有一點肉
側腹部小很多了
但是側腹部連接後背部那兩塊...卻是很多肉@@
有人知道該如何練到那一塊嗎?
