重量訓練消耗的熱量是多少?
重量訓練指握推、蹲舉,硬舉,引體向上等等這類,
不知這類訓練消耗多少熱量?
例如,體重70KG,另外扛60KG槓鈴做蹲舉3組(大腿與地面平行),每組12下,
這樣大概消耗多少熱量?
如果這樣可以計算,那某天去做重訓,只要所有項目全加起來就知道消耗多少,
因為知道消耗多少,才知吃多少,才不會熱量吃過頭,
有人可以提供資料,謝謝。
