[問題] 這樣會太操嘛?
小弟我170公分 57公斤
看起來瘦瘦的
不過肚子就是有一圈
最近開始做有氧
下午游泳1小時 大概游1km~1.5km
晚上再慢跑400m*10圈
想再加上重訓
不知道會不會太操了...
