[請益]有關骨架大健身的問題`~
小弟目前身高171/體重78~體脂24
本身骨架大,國中還蠻常做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐~那時168/65
到大學後就懶惰,結果胖到78~
最近勤做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身,只是胸肌這部份很難練到結實的感覺!
都一直感覺像女生的胸部一樣~
請問各位前輩是否可以指導小弟呢?謝謝~
