[問題] 有關KOBE的菜單
大家好像有點誤會我的意思了~
所以改ㄧ下
1.想問的問題是之前NBA的KOBE說把自己練的太壯
影響他在場上的速度~而教練開給他的菜單可以讓他減?磅
(這是其中一個問題~肌肉不是不鍛鍊才會變小..可以靠飲食讓它變小嗎??)
2.我發現我正常飲食~健身約1.5個月
體重有加1KG左右~我有氧和重量都有做
體脂~25~26體重92kg
由於目標是跳的高一點~所以不想讓體重上升
那我要如何比較好??
