我是新人,這禮拜開始在『台北健身院八德店』做重訓。
一開始重訓都會先跑10分鐘(有學長及教練帶),每天都做到雙手無力,第三天完,
星期四一早雙臂很痛,伸直就會很痛,請教各位大大如何快點復原...

星期三 胸部
星期四 慢跑5000m
