[問題] 男性束腹的實際效果?
大家好
小弟183cm/88kg
體脂肪16.2%
一周慢跑三次
自己在家舉啞鈴兩次
外表看起來不算胖也不算瘦
但是由於工作性質要每天久坐辦公椅
導致脂肪都累積在小腹和腰圍
隨便一抓都是肥肉
再加上小弟吃飯很快 導致胃凸
用力縮小腹後肚子還是凸凸的 很難看
在這裡想詢問男性束腹的實際效果
主要想用來"糾正胃凸和減少脂肪堆積"
利用束腹來減重是不可能的我知道...
針對那兩點來使用束腹不知道可不可行?
