[問題] paypal帳號被鎖,負額,不知該如何處理
昨天要線上刷卡的時候才發現我的帳號無法登入
打電話給客服之號 大陸的客服是說"我有欠他們公司錢 " ??
請他們寄e-mail 並在網路上再次寫客服之後
今天早上終於收到回信

Thank you for contacting PayPal about the negative balance on your PayPal
account.
I see from reviewing your account that the money from the transaction you
refer to was being investigated for legitimacy because we were notified that
the transaction was potentially fraudulent.
The outcome of the investigation was to return the money to the original
source. We realise this means that you’ve lost the money but in these
situations it’s likely that PayPal had a legal obligation to reverse the
transaction. We can’t provide you with any specific information about the
money or the exact reason for the reversal to make sure that we do not
violate any of our regulatory obligations relating to data protection.
In the circumstances, PayPal couldn’t allow the transaction to continue and
we’re limited by law on any further action. As a valued customer we regret
you’ve had this experience. Your best recourse would be to contact the
account holder of the account the money was sent from. If you don’t receive
any helpful response from that person or if the PayPal account holder doesn’
t know why the transaction took place then you’re entitled to contact the
police to initiate civil action.
Your PayPal account balance is below zero. It’s very important that you add
money to your PayPal account balance to address this urgently.
Restoring your balance will return your account to good standing and allow
you to continue using PayPal. If you don’t restore your balance within 35
days of it becoming negative, the issue may be passed to a Collections Agency
which could affect your credit rating.
To add money:
1. Go to www.paypal.com/tw and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Resolve Negative Balance’ under ‘Balance’.
3. Choose which option to use to ‘Add funds’ to your PayPal account.
· Options may include your bank, credit/ debit card or cheque
As well as the ‘Add Funds’ option we can currently offer the below payment

Maestro

我現在的問題是,因為無法登入也沒有辦法可以確定什麼交易有問題
但是我很確定我最近根本沒有使用paypal去收款
付款則是網站上購物的刷卡較多
請問我該如何申訴才好呢?
