最近也想買東西 但不想被抽到關稅
之前有人說postal delivery會有寄丟不賠的風險
就寫信問了shopbop客服
回應如下:
Thank you for your email. Although we offer the 7-20 day shipping method we
highly recommend our Express delivery that comes with tracking. Please note
the 7-20 day shipping does not come with tracking and we will not be able to
see the status of your order. All order issues are discussed with a
supervisor and handled on an individual basis.
Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
簡單來說
postal delivery需要7-20天的時間才會收到
建議選快遞還有追蹤碼
postal delivery沒有追蹤碼 所以shopbop也不知道包裹的寄件狀態
如果有什麼問題 都是個案處理
