[問題] USPS
剛剛爬了一下文...感覺不太妙><
我在11月底的時候在ebay買了個遊戲
到現在都還沒寄到
我去查USPS的狀態
他這樣寫

說真的我看不太懂這個狀態...
不過
看樣子是凶多吉少摟?
畢竟都已經三個多月了...要dispute也難啊
請問各位
這個狀態是指甚麼意思呢?
我有甚麼管道可以申訴呢?
