[問題]Gmarket退款

由於賣家少寄一件西外 我於收到貨物的當天寫信給客服附上照片證明 三天之後賣家也很有誠意要退費到我的G account 但便是一連串搞不懂得過程 以下是他回信給我如何退款 1. Please go to the item page. http://english.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=185758073 2. Order quantity is 1. 3. Check the box 'Please check, if ship to address in Korea' 4. There is drop down list. Please select anyone with +\10,000 5. Click 'Buy Now' 6. Therefore the total amount should be 23,430won. 7.At Delivery Info secton, click 'Find Address' button then small pop up page will be appeared then select First one at every drop down list: Busan>Buk-gu>Bukbusan P.O.Box>Bukbusan P.O.Box and please copy this message and enter <Do Not Send> at remained address line. 8. Choose the payment type and click 'pay' After you finish making a reorder, the previous transaction ( 887192940) will be cancelled and refunded. Please let us know the previous/new transaction number immediately after you make it. Thank you very much for your cooperation. 以上我照步驟做完回信給他new transaction number 他回說 Dear Customer You need to complete the payment actually. After you pay for the 1 item you received, the amount of 2 items (whole transaction) will be refunded. Please proceed the process again. 我不懂問他啥意思 他回說 Dear Customer As we informed you previously, "you need to make a actual payment" of re-ordered transaction 退個款要這麼麻煩 就不能直接退到我帳戶.... 過程有夠複雜 請問有人有退款經驗嗎? 還有他說的"you need to make a actual payment" 到底是啥意思 我氣到直接給他我的帳號及密碼叫他幫我弄算了.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.58.35

通常信用卡刷就退到信用卡內 不能退到G ACCOUNT
