[問題] 賣家收取3.95%的paypal費用是合理的嗎？
這是賣家寫的
"I will then respond with a Paypal invoice that will include an
additional 3.95% + 30 cents to cover the fee Paypal charges me to
accept your payment."
所以透過paypal收錢一定會有3.95%的手續費嗎？
我只是想知道賣家有沒有坑人> <
