[問題] EBAY Loss Prevention Department 來信通知問題?

在EBAY上購物,匯款二週多還沒收到物品, 匯款前後幾天與賣家都有溝通,他也說寄出物品(但沒證據) 但今天又收到了一封EBAY寄來的通知,告訴我這個賣家可能有問題, 物品網頁被移除,看他評價也有剛一位給他負評說沒收到物品並開了claim 物品金額不小,所以我立刻也開了索賠,原因選賣家可能詐欺 我的說明附上EBAY來信內容及他的評價也剛有人說未收到, 想請問大家有欲過這樣的案例嗎? 金額是否能成功要的回來, 蠻緊張的.....大約6K左右的東西 或是我還能做什麼處置呢??? 謝謝各位的幫忙~(︶﹏︶)~ 以下為EBAY來信內容: --------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear 我的帳號 (我的信箱), We're writing to let you know that the listing for the following item you bid on has been removed: 物品編號 - 物品名稱 We strongly recommend that you do not complete this purchase.
