今天朋友收到AF的信件 如下:

We are unable to verify credit card information on your order referenced
above. If you feel this cancellation is in error, please contact us.

然後朋友說信用卡有扣款了 不過怎麼會寄出這封信件呢?
因為我跟他都是第一次嘗試訂購AF 之前訂購AE都很快速又方便 沒有這方面問題
所以想請教各位大哥有訂購過的 如果遇到此問題是要取消重訂購還是怎麼處理呢?
今天新的訂單也是這樣
