現在的問題是我開了dispute為什麼
變成seller
Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim
.....
還有我剛開始開的dispute是東西沒收到(而不是東西不符那項)!!
可是後來東西有收到了!!
我就跟他說我要寄回去請他要付擔運費 !!
那paypal現在給我答覆是

那我接下來要怎麼做?? 因為在dispute上面也不能發言了 那要怎麼做???
