這是節錄以前跟PAYPAL交手的信件內容（花了不少國際傳費用換來的）
錢是可以拿的回來的～
只是要等半年180天，再轉到你台灣戶頭（銀行或是郵局）
當時還好，匯率比交易當時還高
所以半年之後轉回來，匯差損失不大！

Funds disbursement can be handled in one of two ways:
Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to your buyers
(if applicable).
OR
Your remaining account balance will be held in your PayPal account for 180
days from the date your account was limited. After 180 days, you will be
notified via email with information on how to receive your remaining funds.
