有人問起詳細的解鎖過程, 我將它PO出來, 希望能幫上點忙 ----- 總共需要準備以下三頁傳真, ""部分記得放上你的資料, 之後傳真到Paypal: +1 303-395-2802, 接收姓名: Attention: Compliance Paypal在24小時之內會發一封標題為 "Confirmation: We received your documents"給你, 接下來幾個小時之內會發另一封 "account information (KMM61610470V93447L0KM) :kf1", 帳號就解鎖了, Good luck!! 第一頁: PayPal Verification Request "信件標題號碼例如:(KMM61321190V35747L0KM) :kf1" PayPal account : "你的paypal帳號E-mail" 1. A copy of government-issued photograph identification : driver's license "駕照正反面" 第二頁: PayPal Verification Request "信件標題號碼例如:(KMM61321190V35747L0KM) :kf1" PayPal account : "你的paypal帳號E-mail" 2.
