[問題] 運動搭配船井 EMS 刺激器的輔助效果?

各位巨巨、水水好:
最近想提升訓練效率,被網路上船井肌肉刺激器(EMS)的燒到
官方主打可以輔助肌肉收縮、緊實線條
目前運動習慣: 每週健身房重訓2-3次(主要做深蹲、硬舉、臥推),外加有氧1次
飲食狀況: 有在控制熱量,目前吃略低於 TDEE,蛋白質吃足體重1.5倍
【想請教的問題】
1. 訓練前喚醒: 有人會在練臀或練腹前,先用 EMS 刺激 10-15 分鐘來幫助肌肉發力嗎
?感受度有明顯提升嗎?
2. 運動後放鬆: 把它當作運動後的低頻按摩放鬆工具,效果會比單純用滾筒或筋膜槍好
嗎?
3. 線條緊實: 如果在有氧運動(如騎飛輪或核心訓練)的同時開著 EMS,對於局部線條
(如腹部)的緊實真的有加乘效果,還是只是心理作用居多?
因為一台單價也不算太低,很怕買了變成高級電子垃圾
