[問題] 可以聊天就是zeon2嗎
最近在重訓後增加了跑步機來減脂
以前沒有跑步的習慣 所以也是研究了後才了解z2是專門燃燒脂肪的區間
算了一下我的年齡心律是135左右
我都是用跑步機調坡度15
但心律135就沒啥感覺 我一個朋友就說你平常有在重訓心律區間會比用年齡算的高
還可以正常聊天都是z2
我心律到160都還可以有點累的聊天 到162才會喘到只能講1.2個字
但我看手錶160都跑到z4快z5了
所以目前是走150-155之間
但我問AI說z2應該是輕鬆腳不會酸
但我走在150可以聊天但其實有點累腳也有點酸就是那種會很想按暫停的衝動 是靠意志力走
到45分鐘的
這樣還算z2嗎 需要降低嗎 怕降低會訓練不足
