[問題] 請問JD SPORT 退換貨
請問有版友有在JD購買退換貨的經驗嗎？
我一共買了兩雙 結果其中一雙寄來的尺寸
2腳size不一樣 寫mail 問得到的回答是
叫我寄回去一個專門處理退換貨的地址
但他又說沒有提供免費國外退換貨服務
所以是我還要自行負擔寄回去的費用嗎？
這樣寄回去至少也要上千元的運費實在
是不划算
想請問 有沒有版友有類似的經驗能分享

that you please send the product back to us

We don't currently have an international free returns service, so we would rec
ommend sending them back to the following
address:

We would highly recommend you send them back using a carrier that can give you
proof of delivery and a tracking number as you are responsible for the goods
until we take delivery.
Remember to enclose your delivery note with your return and provide a descript
ion of the problem you've experienced in order for our returns team establish
the issue and find the best solution for you.
