Thank you for contacting Accor Plus Member Service
All Accor Plus member on the renewed process, your status tier will be based on Status points earned during one of two periods :
1. 1 January 2017 - Renewal
2. 1 January 2016 - 31 December 2017
The highest number of status points earned during one of these two periods, will determine your new tier. So if you didn't do much in the previous calender year but instead did most of your travel in the current membership year, you will still have an opportunity to keep your higher status.
In 2017 the new rules still transition so we flexible to counted with old rules (365 days backwark). We have calculated your activity with old rules, there was still maintain gold.
We will upgraded manual your tier to Gold manually.
不過第二點怪怪的, 到2017年底？
