他說是水垢或是鈣的沉澱。
(不過沒交代為何會有強烈的霉味呢?)
早餐跟費用接待的事情會再加強員工訓練

Dear Mr. Chen,
Thank you for having chosen our hotel for your recent stay in Tokyo and we
appreciate that you have taken the time to bringing your concern to your
attention.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort you
experienced with breakfast charge and the kettle in the guest room, which is
not certainly our standard. I have shared your experience with our Food &
Beverage team to ensure to conduct refresher training and to double check the
guest information for any charge.
As for the kettle, we have taken your concern seriously and conducted our
complete investigation immediately but found no trace of mold. We did however
identify a calcium or limescale buildup from water hardness or chlorine
residue that might have appeared as mold. We, regardless, could have taken a
prompt investigative action, offered explanation and proper apologies on the
spot you mentioned it upon check-out and I apologize for your distrust in our
overall offerings caused by this. Please allow me to assure you that we
periodically have external audit for sanitation check and all our food &
beverage offerings are perfectly safe in any way.
Our Housekeeping team, of course, is in the process of reviewing our cleaning
procedure based on your feedback to perform more through check upon cleaning.
Also, I have personally address the issue with our Front Office team to
increase communication between the teams for a timely follow-up on any issue
addressed by our guests.
Please find attached the room folio as per your request and again I apologize
for the belated delivery. Should you have any concern, please feel free to
contact me directly.
We, as a team, once again apologize for not meeting your expectation on this
occasion and, at the same time, appreciate your feedback as it allows us to
learn our shortcoming and improve our service.

或許真的有水垢或鈣沉澱混在裡面,
但應該不會有濃烈的霉味才對,
而且鈣沉澱或水垢目前沒看過以菌落形式散落呈現的,
通常會以加熱點會是水滯留點的方式隨水流方向而生。
但他也提到了這可能是因為清潔訓練要再加強改進的問題,
我很好奇那之前喝到有鈣沉澱或氯沉澱水的人也算他雖...?
我看完這封信的感覺是飯店認為是你自己搞錯囉,
所以就到此為止沒有想再繼續處理下去的意思。
至於產生劇烈不舒服的感覺,就抱歉,
台端想像力豐富,請 台端自己調適。
因為是水垢或鈣沉澱,故沒有補償。
我自己是認為啦,就算是鈣或氯或某種化學物質鹽類的沉澱,而不是黴菌,
飯店的處理方式與態度應該都是要站在維護房客健康的立場,
不應該因為其提供設備所具瑕疵屬立即致病或長久累積致病而有差別。
(或許如果今天真的查出來是黴菌也是這樣的處理方式? 我猜可能也是的)
如果真是對身體無害也不影響房間美觀,也不需要加強清潔吧?
(只為了我這奧客的過度幻想??)
真是挺矛盾也頗荒謬的。
