呼搞了兩天終於搞定了我在網站上發問 It says 15% off any three accessories & components i buy, but when I buy the pack with two other water bottles, nothing happened. After trying a few time, I found out that the pack wasn't count in the "any three accessories. " I wonder why that is? Thanks a lot for helping. 回復 This could be an IT problem, sorry. Phoning in is the only solution. 好吧~ 這麼麻煩那我就用skype打好了加值了NTD100之後打到他們客服問英國腔有夠重的我英文又爛 skype訊號又差總共打了五次才解決 = = 前兩次訊號太差第三次，客服跟我說先直接下訂單然後直接付錢 (place my order) 然後再跟他們說我的order編號他們比較好改好處理第四次打，跟我說我剛下訂單要一個小時之後他們才會收到第五次，一跟他說明完我的狀況，他就說 ahh yes, I know. This is getting forever isn't it? 哈總之跟他講完我信用卡號之後，他說會把15% discount 再退還給我結論是，那個買三項打85折的活動還是有，至於他說的 "IT problem" (information technology)是單指我衰，還是這個包包的問題，還是台灣的原因就不得而知了網路上發問大概一天以內會回復因為時差關係所以通常是晚上八點以後至於電話客服的話，態度都還不錯跟我雞同鴨講同一句話要講幾次也沒有太不耐煩打了五次好像三個不同的人接吧看來接線的人不多但是大概最多只等10秒鐘用skype打英國市話每分鐘 NTD$0.757 應該是蠻便宜的我打了太多次所以大概花了三十出頭不過前面幾次是因為斷線的關係 = = 總之~終於解決了至於有貨沒貨跟花多久時間送達之後在報告吧~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.124.168
