[問題] DW官網訂購問題
大家好~
昨晚在DW官網訂購了一隻手錶如下

一開始是沒有用會員身分購買的
在所有資料都填妥送出後 也顯示訂購成功的頁面 也有給訂單編號
但到今天遲未收到訂購成功的email
也不知道要到哪裡查那個訂單編號
想請問這是正常的嗎？
怕沒訂到想再訂一次，但又怕到最後一次買了兩隻...

自己回報一下~
自下午與dw線上客服詢問後
剛才又再度詢問
本來是想確認訂單有沒有錯誤
但客服人員已經給我UPS追蹤碼了
所以接下來應該就耐心等手錶到來~~

謝謝w大，剛剛用線上聊天詢問了客服，也是得到一樣的答案
Due to a system update, we have been unable to send out orders the previous
days. Because of this, shipments have been delayed 24hours.
Some order confirmations have not been sent out but don't worry as we will
send a notification to you once the packages have been sent. We are really
sorry for this situation and we really appreciate your patience.

後來問他之後我會不會收到UPS追蹤號碼，他也是請我禮拜一再跟他聯絡...orz
第一次買就遇到問題，運氣有點不佳阿...QQ
