[問題] gmarket叫我拍信用卡照片寄mail給他們..已回收
第一次買GMARKET就遇到問題
我是用VISA卡刷的
我上網查過文過用VISA卡刷不需要認證
我已經刷成功後 就收到一封mail
是Fcard@corp.gmarket.co.kr寄的
請問大家有收過嗎?
內容如下
Dear Customer,
First of all, thank you for your purchase of “order no. “1598469033”
through G-market.
As for your on-line purchase, we'd like to inform you that delivery is not
available at the moment as we cannot confirm if it is your card. We don't
have any way to confirm it here as long as it's an undomesticated card,
unfortunately.
On this reason, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of credit card(with last
4 digit hidden).
The name on credit card should be the same as the one on ID card.
Attached photo should not be modified by any other image editing program. If
it is found to be modified, your order can not be processed.
And after checking necessary date for increasing payment ceiling on Gmarket,
your email will be deleted right away.
We hope that we can handle this matter ASAP so that you can receive your
order soonest .
please be reminded again that we cannot proceed with this order without the
confirmation mentioned above.

我有查到這篇文 但是寄信的客服mail不一樣
而且那是舊文
我想說看最近會不會有換新客服mail
或是有沒有跟我收到一樣的mail
我已經有寫信給GM客服問了
但是我英文不是很好..
所以才想請問大家 這是正常的嗎?

我收到客服的回覆了
他說Fcard@corp.gmarket.co.kr 信箱是針對信用卡付款Gmarket的部門
所以是ok的!!
