[請益] 遠傳3.5G網卡收訊不良被綁約
去年1月我家老爸去申請了遠傳3.5G無線上網
後來才發現家裡收訊很差
上網很常斷線
根本就是不能使用
向遠傳反應他們說會在改善
我家老爸就去問門市人員能不能退
門市人員就說綁約兩年不能退
這樣的情況下
他也不知道能怎麼辦
也就在沒使用的情況下繳了整整一年
後來看到消基會有類似的案件
他才知道原來有很多人也有同樣的問題
遠傳這樣不是很過分嗎
跟人說不能退
可是其實3個月內有問題向消基會反映都可以完全不用付錢
(實際問消基會得到這樣的答覆)
現在看著之前繳過的帳單就覺得很生氣
根本沒使用卻要付費
還有後續的費用要繳
而且明明是遠傳本身的問題
我們家超過3個月太久了
但不想當冤大頭
請問有沒有人知道怎麼處理
