[問題] 蛋白質一定要吃到體重1.5~2倍嗎?
各位巨巨好!
小弟有個疑問,蛋白質一定要每天吃到1.5到2倍的量嗎?
另外休息日是否也要吃1.5~2倍的量?
小弟我目前的蛋白主要依靠市售雞胸肉280~300克,純油煎配鹽和胡椒,然後再蛋白粉或者7-11蛋白飲補足,大概頂多吃到1.5倍足,但每天為了拼蛋白量也有點疲乏,所以詢問增肌「一定要每天」滿足1.5倍以上的蛋白攝取嗎?
