[問題] 請推薦負重腰帶
大叔我覺得不運動不行了,只好乖乖去附近的健身房報到,腿當然是
重點,但是大叔實在是太久沒運動,髖關節活動度很差,坐上練大腿
內外側的器械超級卡,就想說用cable來練習,結果買綁在腳踝再連結
器材的帶子時發現,大叔的腿太肥.....,後來發現改用拉單槓加重的
負重腰帶意外的合適,不過健身房的帆布腰帶真的有年紀了,感覺快斷了
大叔自己買一條,可是材質頗硬,練起來勒得頗痛,可以請巨巨們推薦
軟材質帆布為主的負重腰帶好拯救大叔的水桶腰,拜託了
