[問題] 請問狀態很不好,還要去健身嗎?
如題! 我看網上說要保持習慣,但也有人說好好休息。
但不知道是季節變化還是累積健身疲勞爆發,如果突然有一天全身疲勞感很重,整天都想要睡覺,食慾也沒平常好。
是否當天還是要堅持去健身房擼鐵?
